Realizing that this building would be highly visible from the HarborPark development across the harbor, our architects recommended that the unsightly tower be reclad with stucco and a blue reflective glazing to symbolize the purity of the water passing through this plant.
A small 980 square foot visitor’s center, the starting point for tours of the facility’s cutting edge water treatment technology, features a stainless steel and limestone water feature.
