As the last remaining High School in Racine Unified School District without a new outdoor athletic facility, Hammes Field at Case High School is receiving a welcomed update. A new WIAA compliant artificial turf field and synthetic track will be complimented with new 2,000+ seat grandstands and press box and a new team building at the south end of the field. The new building will be a 4,600 square foot facility that will house concessions, tickets, public restrooms, team rooms and a grand entry arch into the athletic field area with an integral digital scoreboard. The improvements will also include a field refurbishment and dugouts at the existing softball field.
